Hi, Has anyone placed an order on the site today or recently because I cannot complete the payment page, the postcode drop boxes don't work, I select the main part of my postcode on the cart page and then go to the payment page but the first part of my postcode is not shown in the postcode box and there are no options to choose from in the second drop down box for the second part of the postcode.

I've contacted the site and was advised to try Firefox or IE if I was using Chrome but I am already using Firefox so I tried the latest IE browser and still have the problem, I now find it difficult to understand how the problem can be at my end, I frequently buy things online and don't have this problem anywhere else, anyone else having issues?

Hi Mike, the website has had some background work done over the weekend regarding VAT processing.
The work should have in no way effected the postcode part of the process .  However , we have had the same problem reported by several people so we are aware there may be a problem but we have been unable to replicate the problem in testing so far and we have also received and processed orders today so whatever the problem is it is not affecting everyone.
We are aware of the problem with google chrome as I have experienced it myself when using Autotraders drop down menus and several other websites recently but have never had the problem with other browsers.
 We will continue to test and monitor the situation but in the meantime, if you would like to email your order to " info@hydrographicswarehouse.co.uk " Hannah will send you an invoice that you can follow a link to paypal and pay by a method of your choice.

Hi Terry, Thanks for the reply, just for your info I've been trying a few things but still having the same issue with the postcode drop box, I ensured that no Adblocker add-ons in Firefox were enabled and as I'm using windows 7 64bit I tried another of my PC's with windows 32bit using Firefox and IE browsers but still have the problem, I'll do as you suggested and send you an email.   Thanks Mike.

I forgot to mention that sometimes when selecting the Inferno Black film I get this message, "Quantity greater than current available stock (0)" but if I clear the cart and select it again it's in stock?

Hi Mike, can you try the website again. we think the postcode problem is fixed. If not then please let us know.
It would appear we have some gremlins in the system at them moment so your feedback is very much appreciated.

Hi Hannah, I think you have sorted the site out, the postcode is working ok now, any idea when the New Hades and the Inferno Black films will be back in stock?
